Hiermee word kennis gegee in terme van Artikel 13 (a) van die Munisipale Stelsels Wet 32 van 2000 dat die Hessequa Raad die volgende konsep gewysigde Verordening publiseer vir publieke kommentaar en insette: Die Verordening is beksikbaar op HIER
Verordening insake Die Hou van Geleenthede
Hierdie verordening vorm deel van die Munisipale kode van Hessequa Munisipaliteit en is vanaf Maandae tot Vrydae tussen 08:00 – 15:30 ter insae beskikbaar te:
Munisipale Kantore: Riversdal, Heidelberg, Albertinia, Slangrivier, Gouritsmond, Stilbaai, Witsand, Melkhoutfontein.
Die sluitingsdatum vir besware, insette en kommentaar is voor of op 3 Maart 2017.
Enige besware, insette en kommentaar moet skriftelik aan die Regsafdeling: aandag Mnr D Lewis gerig word of moet by die kantoor van die Munisipale Bestuurder ingehandig word of gepos word na Posbus 29, Riversdal, 6670, of epos na deon@hessequa.gov.za.

The Holding of Events By – law
This By Law forms part of the Hessequa Municipality Municipal code and is open om Monday to Friday 08:00 till 15:30 for inspection during office hours at:
Municipal offices: Riversdale, Heidelberg, Albertinia, Slangrivier, Gouritsmond, Stilbay, Witsand, Melkhoutfontein.
Closing date for objections, inputs and comments is on or before 3 March 2017.
Any objections, inputs and comments must be submitted in writing to the Legal Department for attention Mr D Lewis or must be handed in at the office of the Municipal Manager or it may be posted to PO Box 29, Riversdale, 6670 or email to deon@hessequa.gov.za.
