Cashier Services
Municipal cashiers will close at 12:00 on Wednesday, 24 December 2025, operating only on 29, 30 and 31 December 2025 from 09:00 to 11:00 for pre-paid electricity and water sales ONLY. No municipal account payments will be received.
Prepaid WATER sales are available at the following municipal offices:
Riversdale, Heidelberg, Albertinia and Slangrivier.
Prepaid ELECTRICITY sales are available at the following municipal offices:
Riversdale, Heidelberg, Albertinia and Witsand.
Traffic Department
Cashiers at the Riversdale and Heidelberg Traffic Departments will close at 10:00 on Wednesday, 24 December 2025 and reopen at 08:00 on Friday, 02 January 2026.
Emergency, standby and essential services such as refuse removal services will continue to operate as normal.
