Hessequa Municipality is aware of the fibre optic cables that is currently being installed in Riversdale.
- Service providers who install fibre cables are only allowed to install the cables underground. They are not allowed to erect poles for these cables in public places.
- Residents are advised to be careful when giving permission to fibre service providers to erect poles on their property without a written agreement.
