Notice: Taking up of an external loan
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 46 of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management (Act 56 of 2003), that the Council intends to raise an external loan to finance a portion of the 2018/2019 capital budget. More details can be obtained below or by sending an email to ferdie@hessequa.gov.za or on the notice boards at the various municipal offices.
No security is offered for the loan.
Members of the public are hereby invited to submit written comments or representations in respect of the proposed loan which must be directed to the Municipal Manager by no later than 3 May 2019.
