The Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment invites interested individuals to apply for the Fisheries Mentorship Programme under the Working for Fisheries (EPWP) initiative in the Western Cape.
This is a 12-month opportunity for individuals with relevant qualifications or experience in business administration and the small-scale fishing sector. Successful candidates will support and mentor fishing co-operatives across designated regions.
Please note that applicants from the Hessequa area must be willing to relocate to Mossel Bay.
Applications must be submitted using the official WFFP EPWP application form, along with certified copies of ID and qualifications, by 15 April 2026.
