Hessequa Municipality appointed Ezamaqhinebe CC to upgrade Dickson Street (from President CR Swart Street to Church Street) on Thursday, 15 January 2026.
Properties on this road will be affected by the construction and are urged to make alternative arrangements. This road will be closed for construction from 07:00 to 17:00. Traffic control will be in place for the duration of the construction. Access to these properties will be made available, where possible.
