Dispose of electronic waste the responsible way. Hessequa Municipality is giving residents the opportunity to get rid of their electronic waste free of charge and safely. Bring your e-waste to a stall in front of the Still Bay Library on 20 December 2022 for collection.

E-waste usually consists of easily recyclable materials, such as plastic and glass, as well as small amounts of toxic materials that can include lead, cobalt, silicon, mercury and arsenic. Electronic waste can be old computers (laptops), photocopiers, printers, radios, projectors, televisions, telephones (smartphones and tablets), keyboards, scanners, etc.
