Dispose of electronic waste (E-waste) the responsible way. There is still an opportunity for our Riversdale residents to dispose of their electronics. An e-waste bin will be available at the Riversdale Library until the end of October 2022 where electronic waste can be dropped off.
E-waste usually consists of easily recyclable materials, such as plastic and glass, as well as small amounts of toxic materials that can include lead, cobalt, silicon, mercury and arsenic. Electronic waste can be old computers (laptops), photocopiers, printers, radios, projectors, televisions, telephones (smartphones and tablets), keyboards, scanners, etc.
