Notice is hereby given that the Council of Hessequa adopted a Draft Capital- and Operating Budget for the period 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026 on 26 March 2025.
The draft IDP and budget is available for inspection at Municipal Offices and libraries in Gouritsmond, Albertinia, Stilbaai, Riversdale, Heidelberg, Melkhoutfontein, Slangrivier and Jongensfontein Caravan Park from 1 April 2025. A summary of the draft budget and IDP are also available on the official municipal website www.hessequa.gov.za .
Members of the community are invited to submit written comments on the 2025/26 Draft Budget, Tariffs, Budget related policies, IDP, SDBIP and Long-Term Financial Plan to the Municipal Manager at info@hessequa.gov.za by 12:00 on 30 April 2025. People who are not able to read or write can visit any municipal office for assistance.
