The Hessequa Municipality’s flow of e-mails has been compromised in that no internal or external e-mails are sent or received.
The problem is complex and the internal ICT team as well as expert technical experts from an external service provider are working to solve the problem. It is therefore unknown how long it will take to be operational in this way again, but it could be up to a further 72 hours / 3 days.
If you are concerned that your email has not been received since Thursday evening 24 March 2022, you can call the relevant department by telephone and consider alternative communication options.
