RESET OF PRE-PAID ELECTRICITY METERS: The current pre-paid electricity metering software will expire on 24 Nov 2024.
Pre-paid meters must be updated, or you won’t be able to recharge your meter with new tokens.
Hessequa Municipality has embarked on Phase Two roll out of the TID prepaid electricity meter updates during June 2024.
Customers that have not been reached with phase one of the TID updating of prepaid electricity meters, shall be able to update their prepaid electricity meters, by using the “Next Vend” option.
