Notice is hereby given that the Department of Environmental Affairs and Development Planning has granted the second amendment of the Appeal Environmental Authorisation issued on 9 December 2025 as amended on 22 June 2020 by the Addendum to the Appeal Environmental Authorisation in terms of Part 1 of Chapter 5 of the EIA Regulations, 2014, for the Stilbaai Arterial Road. The Environmental Authorisation is granted for the period from date of issue of the Appeal Decision on 9 December 2015, until 22 June 2035 (validity period).
