STAGE 1 WATER RESTRICTIONS FOR HESSEQUA
Implemented from 1 September 2017 and will be regulated in terms of the Water & Sanitation Bylaw
1.1 Gardens may only be watered between 16h00 – 18h00.
1.2 Sprayers may be used, but water hoses may not be used without supervision.
1.3 Hosing down of paving and cement surfaces are not permitted.
1.4 Washing of vehicles/boats/caravans will be allowed by means of a bucket.
