Resident Satisfaction Survey

Hessequa Munisipaliteit sal ʼn Inwoners Tevredenheid Opname in die volgende drie weke in die Gemeenskappe van Stilbaai, Jongensfontein, Melkhoutfontein, Albertinia, Gouritsmond, Riversdal, Heidelberg, Slangrivier en Witsand behartig. Voortvloeiend hieruit is die ontleding van u terugvoering om diensstandaarde te verbeter.

Die opname is gebaseer op ʼn steekproef basis en sal slegs 10% van alle huishoudings deur veldwerkers besoek word om onderhoude te voer. Die veldwerkers sal duidelik identifiseerbaar wees met ʼn ID kaart wat op sy/haar uitrusting ten toon gestel sal word met die woorde “Fieldworker” gedruk teen die rug. Die vraagstuk bestaan uit 11 kort vrae en behoort die onderhoud u nie langer as 10 minute te duur nie. Geen persoonlike inligting word versoek en gedokumenteer nie. Die veldwerkers sal gebruik maak van ʼn oranje GPS toestel om die inligting vas te lê en geen foto’s word geneem nie. Hessequa Resident Satisfaction Survey:

The Hessequa Municipality will be visiting the Stilbaai, Jongensfontein, Melkhoutfontein, Albertinia, Gouritsmond, Riversdal, Heidelberg, Slangrivier and Witsand communities to give residents the opportunity to participate in a satisfaction survey. The responses is used to enhance service delivery standards.

The survey is sample based and will a portion of 10% of all households be visited by fieldworkers to conduct the survey. The fieldworkers will be clearly identifiable with a signed ID Card and a high visibility jacket with “Fieldworker” printed on the back. The survey consists of 11 short questions and will it not take longer than 10 minutes per interview. Please note that no personal information will be documented or requested. The fieldworkers will be making use of orange GPS devices to capture the responses and no pictures are taken.
