All interested parties are hereby invited to apply in writing for a monetary donation to an organization or body outside a government sphere, which does not perform commercial or business transactions.
Prescribed application forms (Form 01) are available at all Municipal Offices, the Office of the Executive Mayor and on the Hessequa Municipality website (www.hessequa.gov.za). Completed application forms (Form 01) accompanied by a cover letter on an official letterhead and signed by the head of the organization or body must reach the office of the Executive Mayor before or on 31 August 2020.
