Uitstuur van elektroniese diensterekening vertraag

Weens die opgradering van die Hessequa Munisipaliteit se tele-kommunikasie sisteem (e-posse) kan die munisipale diensterekeninge nie vandag (2 November 2018) per e-pos uitgestuur word nie. Dringende aandag word gegee aan die situasie en sal die elektroniese diensterekeninge so spoedig moontlik versend word aan diegene wat geregistreer het om hul rekening per e-pos te ontvang. Die munisipaliteit bied verskoning aan vir die ongerief. Neem asb kennis dat dit die rekeninghouer se verantwoordelikheid bly om hul diensterekening teen die 20ste van die maand te vereffen.

Due to the upgrading of the Hessequa Municipality’s telecommunications system (e-mails), municipal service accounts cannot be sent out via e-mail today (2 November 2018). The situation is receiving urgent attention. The electronic service accounts will be sent as soon as possible to those who have registered to receive their account via e-mail. The municipality apologizes for the inconvenience. Please note that it remains the responsibility of the account holder to settle their account by the 20th of the month.
